Great selection. They seem to make an effort to carry products that are better for animals compared to basic pet stores. Every staff member has been great. Also I like they store all your receipts so you never need to take them. One of the good businesses out there

Very sweet employees. The one that was helping me, stayed with me no matter how scatterbrained, I sounded or acted and help me with food for my new mancoon, kitten. Killmouseski he was 4 months at the time. Anyway, she was great. Mud Bay is always a fun store to go in to. I have a service dog, Penelope, and I go in every time we go out to thank her for a job well done. She gets to pick out her own treat. The employees thought it was really funny to watch her tring to choose. She is as crazy as I am. I very much will keep going to this great fun shop.....

Wonderful place to shop. Yes it is a little expensive but well worth it if u love ur pets!!! Plus customer service is truly amazing. The people that work there r extremely knowledgeable. I really wasn't sure what type of dog food to buy since I wanted something more brand named so they gave me 3 different types of food & a couple of bags of samples of treats. Wow I was really impressed. Love them!!!!!

I'm a first time cat owner and I'm so glad I found this store. They offer high quality products at a very reasonable price. The store is clean and well organized, the selection is great, and the staff is fun and engaged. A special shout out to Jack for being genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect foods for my new friend. I will never go to a big chain box store again.

Great selection and their prices are surprisingly reasonable for most things. They have specialty stuff but also basics. You can find toys for your cat or dog that are better made AND cheaper than Walmart/Fred Meyer or even Amazon. The staff really try to help!

The staff at the Fairwood Mud Bay are always so nice and attentive! They’re super helpful and friendly every time we visit. I also love their great selection of cat items and the wide variety of pet food, it’s easy to find exactly what we need for our kitty.

Great place with knowledgeable staff! My husband and I just got a kitty and they helped us pick out a good food for her. She ended up not liking it but that’s due to her being a picky pants. We came back and got another type of food and she loves it! It’s nice to know it isn’t full things she wouldn’t naturally eat.

I always love going to Mud Bay for the kids (2 springers 1 Corgi). This is the only place we can get the corgis food. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Mud Bay is such an excellent resource for pets of all stripes! The staff of the Kent store are so knowledgeable, helpful, and just lovely to interact with. Fabulous selection of foods, treats, toys, and other essentials. My go-to. Their loyalty program is fantastic - so many solid brands participate.
